Like everyone else, I agree that the pros are the spacious apartments for cheap rent. The staff has been fairly good at responding to maintenance requests. The general apearance is also appealing.

I know I am one of the lucky ones, since my car has not been broken into *knock on wood* or towed away. I did however have a strange man climb into my 2nd story apartment at 5:30 AM and surprise me in my bedroom. Luckily for me he was not violent and I believe he was either on heavy drugs or had mental problems. After my intruder came, I informed management. The only thing they were able to do for me was to install a lock on my bedroom door. Management told me they would put a motion sensitive light on the balcony (since there is no light source on any balcony) but they never did. I am moving out in a month and I am so relieved to be getting out of Arden Fair Apartments. Things were bad before, but when the church next door becomes condemned, you know you are in a bad neighborhood.
