The price is right for the amount of space you get, but the place is dodgy. I was there for several months and found that the the physical problems in my apartment didn't get fixed for a very long time (dry rot, rain coming in through door crack, oven not working) but the place is sort of secure with a locking gate. The location is not so good, I saw many police cars there and there was even a helicopter search for an escaped criminal. Our naighbors were noisy, playing lous obnoxious music, and parking spaces were VERY limited. Ok for a first timer but get out of there before too long!
