I AM A STUDENT AT SAC STATE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE APTMENT WITH OUT THE PARTY ARDEN GARDEN IS PERFECT I LIVED THERE FOR TWO YEARS AND LOVED IT IT IS ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE I MOVED NOW TO THE SOUTH I HAD PROMPT SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER HE WAS ALWAYS ON-SIGHT MANY PEOPLE DID NOT LIKE HIM BECAUSE HE WAS STRICT BUT IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM I WAS ONLY 1 PERSON AND WAS PAYING $575.00 TRY TO GET THAT PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE AVERAGE APT IN SACRAMENTO IS $700 FOR A 1 BEDROOM APT OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH MY TWO YEARS IN ARDEN GARDEN

THIS IS VERY TRUE I PRESENTLY LIVE HERE AND I AGREE WITH THIS PERSON THE MANAGER TAKES CARE OF THIS APT COMPLEX AND HE ALWAYS ASK US IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO MAKE SURE TO LET HIM KNOW HE OPERERATES THE APT COMPLEX VERY GOOD THE ONLY TIME HE WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH TENANTS IS WHEN THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE RENT OR FOLLOW RULES ANY NOISE IN THE APT COMPLEX HE MAKES SURE THAT TENANTS LOWER THE MUSIC

I have lived at Arden Garden Apartments through two owners. When I first moved here it was ok. It soon got bad. But then new owners and new management. Slowly but surely things got better. No more drugs, no more loud parties, no more troublemakers. But it was just ok. Since August of 2005, we got a new manager. Have a maintenance emergency? The manager will get there. If he can't make the repair, he will get someone who can immediately. Noisy neighbors? Not a problem, he takes care of that. He is respectful and courteous. He does expect rent to be paid on time, he expects people not to make a mess of the place, he tries to keep it clean. In the spring he plants new flowers. Overall a good place to live. It may be an older place but it is very comfortable. While the manager will do his job, he is friendly with us tenants, and his wife is a very nice lady. Good place to live!
