Renter beware do not move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   DO NOT MOVE HERE. THIS PLACE WILL FALL APART. MOLD. WATER LEAKS. SHOTTY CARPET. JUST AN EXAMPLE. NEAR THE BUSY ROAD. FACING ARDEN, APTS WILL HAVE LOTS OF SUN. THE BALCONYS ARE NOT SAFE. THE MANAGER DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE, PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT ASSIGNED SPOTS. REDICULOUS.
