I have lived in the Arden Towne Apartments for umpteen years and honestly it was full of ghetto people who smoked drugs and had kids running around the place in front of the cars trying to park.
After the new current owners bought the apartments (Sanwals) the management finally came to a new low shattering any hopes to want to stay. The cost of living there has sky-rocketed and they were unwilling to do repairs and when they did do them they charged us for the repairs that are the sole responsibility of the apartments ( such as having a sink that works).
The management is so ghetto that they will actually hang up on you and tell you they don't need your chump change yet they will sue you for the so-called chump change, make any sense' I don't think so. The truth is, they are blood/money sucking leeches who only care about the money in their pockets.
If you try and make a complaint about your neighbors they will disregard it and the mayhem will continue.
The apartments have tons of problems and they try scamming you to pay for the repairs that they should be paying for such as the roof of the apartment caving in because of their poor plumbing.
Do not rent from them, it is a absolutely terrible place to live.

why did this person lived here for 10 years if the building had so many problems. As a matter of fact i know this person she is an alcholic & on drugs & didnot payy the rent for more than four months & she was evicted from this place. Her daughter & married son still living in this building happily. She is not even allowed to come here
