I have lived in Ardendale for about 7 months and dont seem to have any problems. The handy man comes as soon as I have a problem. The only problem I have is when it rains the phone line in the kitchen dos not work' The phone co. and handyman have not been able to fix this. Other then that everything is fine. Very quite community.
