Nice, but increase in rent and frequent manager changes From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   Living there for only about a year and half, i've had three new managers. . . Limited parking (especially for guests). . . Maintenance work is done very promptly, but they often enter the apt. without you being home. Rent increases about every 6 months, but the apartments are very nice, ceiling fans are being added too, but no pets. The apts. have nice lanscaping and three pools spaced throughout the apartments. Great place to come home to, but electronic gates provide a false sense of security since we've had cars broken into and a woman assaulted by her apartment door.
