first off I had 2 do all of the footwork to move in in the first place, then my neighbors smoke weed, stinky cigs and have ppl over all hours of the night. Not only did management not do anything about it but they said that if they dnt catch them there's nothing they can do about it. They towed my car even though my paperwork was in the front seat. They dnt charge everyone the same rent I pay 750 for a one....yes one bedroom and I called and guess how much they charge 695. They pretend to be nice until u sign that contract. I CANNOT WAIT 2 GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that managment does care about there residents and how they feel. They do have to to there job and make sure that all of the rules are being followed. If persons are not making managment aware of situations how do you expect them to handle them. There is alot that happens behind the scenes of management that you do not realize. Things might not happen as quickely as you might like but issues are resolved. As far as your rent not being the same we offer specials at different times and currently our special is different then the one that you were offered at your time of move in. I understand that you are unhappy, if you would like to come into the rental office and discuss you concerns that would be great.
