I did not even get a chance to move in and I would not recommend this place. I went in, filled out the paperwork, gave them $100 to hold the apartment. They told me, if I did not sign I could have the $100 back. I filled out paperwork a month in advance and they never called me to tell me I had been approved. A few days before I was scheduled to move, I went in to claim my $100. They told me I had forfeited it because I went with someone else. They never called me to tell me I was approved so what else was I to do. Then they tell me that they never call people to tell them they have been approved. BIG FAT LIE!!! Trust me, they are a bunch idiots and don't play fair. They only want money and they will take it any way they can.
