I had some issues with noisey neighbors and pocket security and the office staff were responsive. The back side of the complex is next to I-5 and the freeway wall cuts little of the noise. My unit was small but nice and very clean when I moved in. My deposit was returned 2 weeks after I moved out. The complex has lots of trees and my utility bills were very low.
