Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We lived in the appartment for 6 months when we moved in the rugs were stained and it smelt like cleaning solvent. About 3 days later it had a horrible smell like urine. We called the office quite a few times to clean the rugs and try to get rid of the smell they never responded. When we moved out there was a new stain in the living room but it was pretty much in the same condition. They took our deposit plus wanted another 500.00 to replace all the rugs. We asked for a reciept of the work done or a conformation what was done. Again no answer. We will be giong to court soon to fight this.
