My disabled Sister denied handicapped parking by manager....

My sister is disabled with a handicapped placard and we denied a handicapped parking space to her neighbor who lives up stairs and has no placard. The manager said he won't ask them to change parking places because he has a good relationship with the tenants that live there. The manager and the tenants are hispanic! How do you like that! It took 4 months for the manager to tell me that, he promised to look into all that time, from Aug until December to get nothing! She has lived there several years and this is how they treat a long term disabled tenant! Get ready for this to hit the airwaves asap!
