I moved in January 06 with my son. They forgot to put my son on the lease agreement. One day my dog barked all day, a neighbor reported it and they left me a note no dogs allowed. I paid a pet deposit when I moved in. They cited me 3 times for late payment of rent and it was paid on time. I called for maintenace they said I have to put the request in writing, well that was in July 07 now it's the end of October 07 and they still have not fixed the problem. The Hispanic Male Manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I had a friend who had mail delivered to the apartment because they had no permanent residence due to travling for work, they served me a notice saying he was not allowed to live there (he didn't). But how did they get his full name ' They went in the mailbox, now isn't that a FEDERAL OFFENSE. The manager won't comment on how they obtained the name. My bathroom toilet overflowed becasue the pipes were clogged in the building, water flowed into the small hallway, bedrooms and kitchen. They did nothing to help clean up the stale smel. Long stroy short, I'm moving out the early November and GLAD TO BE GONE. I WOULD NOT RECEOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
