Everything was brand new, The view of Downtown Sacramento and the free way is great from the 3rd floor.. The Floor plan is also Great.. However, Management is not A or B, i give them a C-. it took forever to get in, and i ended up paying way more then discussed.. I was also TOLD numerous times that something would get done, and never did. I will not Re-new my lease with them.
also, its low-income, so there is a lot of kids, and issues as far as the people living there.
