The grounds are not kept very clean of trash and the apartments were built hastily, meaning that they need a lot of repairs - repairs that don't get done too quickly. There is also a problem with mice. However, I feel safe. During the week there usually isn't a problem with noise. You get lots of space for your money. The apartments are in a good neighborhood and look nice from the outside.

MICE!! If the city would cut the grass to the lot next door, there wouldn't be a problem! I pray I do not experience that in my unit!! |
