Can you say ghetto fabulous? I have lived here for almost a year, and am looking to get out ASAP. There are all kinds of criminal elements here lurking in every corner. Just this week, had the Sac SWAT Team here, weapons drawn, and raiding a unit kitty-corner to mine. When I spoke to office staff about this, a bubblehead named Jennifer, I was given an indifferent, callous answer of "talk to corporate, they are taking care of it". Also complained to one bubblehead Jennifer about upstairs neighbors having a 4 am bedtime, in which I was given her callous and indifferent professionalism (I really think she went to school for this one) and was told she would give them a notice, however, that did not happen until I spoke with the actual manager. Also gave a written complaint on a day when little Miss Jennifer was working which somehow "wasn't received". Again, another situation that wasn't resolved until it was brought up to the Building Manager's attention. The walls are extremely thin! You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in these apartments, and I am now on my second upstairs neighbor who finds the 4 am bedtime appropriate. This is now the third night in a row that I have fallen asleep past 3 am, and I've developed a nice little sleeping disorder due to their habits. This place is low-income, so most people do not work here, ie the insane bedtimes, and criminal activities. I've talked to two other decent tenants here who are moving out this month. The security company who is supposed to patrol these units never responded to 2 of my calls regarding the upstairs neighbors keeping quit at night. This place is god-awful and I feel like I'm living a nightmare here. It's not suitable for families or people with small children as I will not allow my child to play outside with the questionable characters on these premises.
PS!! After the whole drug raid, I immediately directed specific concerns about future precautions on potential tenants, and whether they would start to SERIOUSLY consider background checks on people. The bubblehead said, "the tenant is no longer living there, and that's a decision that corporate may consider." I think this speaks for itself so loud and clear.

Hello Neighbor, I too, live in Atrium Court and I didn't hear anything about the SWAT raid! I am appauled that things like this are going on here. I have been here for 6 months now and the changes in that office seem to take place ever week. Pinnacle is HORRIBLE and things seemed a little better when Candice was here ( at least she returned my calls and did what she coudl to get me in). Mark was also someone who took care of my upstair neighbors and their foolishness at all hours of the night. I'm new to Sacramento and had no idea this place would become as ghetto as it is, so soon. One of my major problems is the pack of young teens who cause havoc on the younger kids and play on people's balcony's and doorbells. Just loitering, Playing wildly at the pool, fighting etc. The Staff here SUCKS! and they, in addition to the PARENTS around here, need to get themselves straight! I wish there was someone to meet you neighbor. Keep your head up! |

I am so glad I decided to review all the reviews before moving in here. there seems to be a consistency with the negative attitude that comes from the office. I agree they are unprofessional and real snobs. Thanks for the warning.

They aren't just unprofessional and snobs, they BARELY passed the 12th grade themselves! no sense of professionalism or people skills whatsoever...just a bunch of kids who couldn't get a job anywhere else! You made the right decision by checking here to read the reviews - you saved yourself an awful nightmare of a headache.
