I too, live in Atrium Court and I didn't hear anything about the SWAT raid! I am appauled that things like this are going on here. I have been here for 6 months now and the changes in that office seem to take place ever week. Pinnacle is HORRIBLE and things seemed a little better when Candice was here ( at least she returned my calls and did what she coudl to get me in). Mark was also someone who took care of my upstair neighbors and their foolishness at all hours of the night.
I'm new to Sacramento and had no idea this place would become as ghetto as it is, so soon.
One of my major problems is the pack of young teens who cause havoc on the younger kids and play on people's balcony's and doorbells. Just loitering, Playing wildly at the pool, fighting etc. The Staff here SUCKS! and they, in addition to the PARENTS around here, need to get themselves straight!

Any suggestions on a nice place where I can pay under $1000 for a nice 3bed/2 bath APT''

Hi KhiQui, well, you would definately be wise to find someplace new to live. I agree, this place is completely ghetto. The staff DOES suck!! I would just say if you see these kinds of behaviors, call the police!! If the office doesn't care to do a anything about it, the tenants should. This complex (and office) needs a complete overhaul, it's riddled with druggies - NOT NOT NOT a place for families who have children!!
