Ok let me start with cheap, poorly constructed. I dont know what happened when they made this place but I guess when they were painting the apartments instead of taking the proper precautions of covering their feet they decided to just step in the paint and then go from floor to floor with the paint on the bottom of their shoes beacuse on all of the stairways there are white painted shoe prints everywhere. The walls are paper thin. I mean its really not necessary for me to know what time my neihbors alarm clock goes off, when they go to the bathroom and at what time, how offten and how long they have sex. Thanks but no thanks I'll pass. And the parking here sucks. I've lived here a little over 2 years and they've just givin everyone assigned parking and even thats bad when I have to walk clear around the building when there are perfectly good free spots right in front that they just decied not to give out. I understand that visitor have to park but the priority should go to the tenant first. I may sound winey but let me tell you with a 6 year old and an infant walking to my car in the rain can be an ordeal. The lanolium on the floors comes up after you've mooped a few times and because the cabibnets are cheap and have paper that resimbles wood grain on the front of them the papers comes off when wet. So all my cabinets below my sinks are almost completely pilled off. Yeah I'm so proud to have guest come over. And the crime her is unbelievable. Rumor has it there was a swat raid just a few months ago. And when I first moved in here a woman was shot and killed in the front of the apartments. The kids are always running around pulling the fire alarms and because only the fire department can turn them off, they would be going off for 10 to 15 minutes. Oh I'm not done yet after two year I have a lot to complain about like the carpet. The carpet is so cheap that after 5 or 6 months it was completely flat. Let me tell you the only reason I still live her is because I am fed up with apartment living and until I can move into a house even if that means renting a house I will stay.

You know i must agree as well...I am a new tenant, i have only been here about a month and i have had nothing but problems. My first day here was a Friday. I was suppose to get my keys that morning so that i could move my stuff in. They were not finished until 5 and they made me pay for that day. The following day my dishwasher was running and it busted with water everywhere and i called matinence and he told me he could not come out because it was a Saturday...BS!!! My cabinets where ------! Not at all what i expected since i am not on low-income rent. I told them during the walk through before i paid that they needed to be replaced. They told me that it would be done within 24 hours. Needless to say, i had to call corporate to have them replaced. The cabinets are not the best, but will do until my lease is over. The corporate office workers dispise this complex, from what they tell me. They told me that they need a drastic change. I have had issues with sleeping at night because of all the loud noise. I have heard guys beating u their girlfriends, female fights, guys arguing..and so on. All this takes place when you are sleeping..like 2 & 3 am. One night some girl was mad at her boyfriend and stayed on her horn for about 30 minutes ( no exxageration)... I have to work in the mornings and that is enough to piss you off. I have went to work many of days tired .... if this is what you like...be my guest...FYI...for the most part, mangt is nice, but the tenants are off the hook, excluding a few

I have to agree with this. My mother in law lives there and we do visit often. The parking situation is a joke. The parking was perfectly fine when it was normal. There was tons of extra spots, even with visitors there. Now it's assigned and it's virtually impossible to find an open spot. Even households who have more than one car have to pay an additional 90 bucks a month if they want a good spot. That's ridiculous. The crime rate here is awful. We showed up one time to find swat raiding an apartment across from us. Just last month Bel-air was robbed and they were searching every single apartment in the complex at 9pm. My mother in laws neighbor is constantly fighting, doing drugs, drinking etc. Has had many complaints against him from people in the complex. But he was never kicked out. My mother in law threw a small party, which was only my husband and his 2 brothers and my 2 kids. Well the neighbors were being so loud someone called the cops on them. They blamed it on us. So the cops put that in their report. My mother in law got a 3 day notice to evict or quit. Over ONE incident we had nothing to do with and they neighbor got away scott clean. The management is a joke. Overall they whole place is a joke and I can't wait for my mother in law to move. She deserves much better then that!
