I lived at this place for a lil over a year. It was suppose to be low income but they were charging an arm and a leg. When i moved in to my apt the linoleum was coming up and there were stains on my carpet. they didnt replace any thing and they also told me that the cabinets would be being replaced shortly but never were. So move in at ur own risk.
