First off we were one of the tennants that paid the highest amount of rent and it is ridiculous. People coming through all hours of the day with beat reattling the windows. When we first moved in they didnt even bother to clean the carpets! There are a lot of ghetto people here, but then that is what Natomas is turning into. They generally keep them in the front of the apartments. It almost seems like the apartment is segregated. Like they put all the black people by the basketball courts and -------- in the back end with a few white people dispersed here and there and at the very front of the complex is the middle easterns. I do not know if this is intentional but it seems to work out that way for the most part. The cabinets are a piece of crap they peel and teh carpet is probably the cheapest they could find its hard and sucks, but that may be because they never cleaned it when we moved in. It looked like they didnt even do a walk through. And the pool disgusting! I remember one point in time where the health department shut it down! How sick is that' The walls are paper thin I can hear my neioghbor in the restroom all the time and my upstairs neighbors getting busy too at least three times a night. Nice area because I love Natomas and the apartments are nice on the inside, but I would say no deal on this one.
