The units are getting old and need repair.
Utility costs are rather high, due to poor insulation. New owner seems to care more about her bottom dollar then her tenants. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

The new owners had been in possession about six weeks when you wrote the review, so NO, I don't think you had time to form an objective opinion. Very few owners would put up with your behavior and no, I do NOT work for the management.
