I'm one of the tenents and I personally like living here. Very quiet, and owners are very nice. Their service to repairs are quick. Lived here for about 3 years and never had too much problems with neighbors. I like it here and would suggest these Apartment to anyone. Oh, by the way, patios are huge and nice vaulted ceilings. Pools are nice and the place is just nice and quiet even though Sac State is about 3 blocks away. Love it here.
