Pay no attention to the nay sayers. Those with negative comments were probably tenants who had to be booted for disturbing our happy community in one way or another. Bell Oaks is a great place to live. Since the new management has taken over, my husband and I have seen great improvements to the complex.. fresh coats of paint, updated units, renovated pool/BBQ area, better security, complex newsletters and better communication all-around. The complex is also walking distance to schools and nearby restaurants/shopping areas. The neighbors are uber friendly and our doggy loves it here too!
