My husband and daughter and I looked at many apts..and once I found Belle Oaks I loved it. The layout is great and the apt manager was very friendly..and still is. We had a few mantaince issues..reg..repairs and they were done promptly and very cleanly. The pool is never crowed and doing laundry is a breeze. I also like the fact if one of the staff sees anyone of us they always great us like we are long time friends. I think the only one issue we have is closset/storage space but hey cant have it all. And better yet we are getting a new laundry facitility and upgraded pool!!!We are right in the heart of metairie and thats great..concidering the fact we came from the farmland in Ga!!! I recomend that anyone who is looking for a place to start off with that you look into Belle Oaks!! Friendly people and clean grounds..and even if you have an air or heating issue at 10pm they will be their within the hour I like that!!
