Not a good experience

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
When we first moved in (2002) they had just changed managment and when we came in to talk to them they were all about family oriented people. Not once for the three years that we have lived here have I seen that. There have been two shootings here and a hostage situation. Security is nonexistent. They said this was a gated comunity but for the three years that I have lived here, they have had the gate working for like maybe a week. We have had our car stollen. Our car has been towed twice. Our SMUD is over $200 a month. Do not move in here. RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY!!!!!
