THIS PROPERTY AND COMPANY IS SO HORRIBLE THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAMES THREE TIMES IN 4 YEARS. I HAVE ENDURED SO MUCH DRAMA IN THE PAST 3 YEARS OF LIVING AT THE SUMMIT/LA CANTERA/ BAYWOOD. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN AND DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET.

THE MANAGEMENT AND ESPICALLY THE OFFICE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE! THIS PLACE WIOLL ALWAYS BE GOOD OLD CRAPPY BAYWOOD, NO MATTER HOOW MUCH THEY CHANGE THE NAME. JESSICA, THE OLD ----- WHO SUPPOSEDLY WORKS IN THE OFFICE, IS A MAJOR HEADCASE. AND MONIQUE, ALL SHE IS IS A GHETTO -----. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THIS PLACE IS A RAT TRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
