I have lived here for 2 years,and Wow!!you couldn't even imagine what I have seen.Imagine your worst nightmare.Wake up,your here,same old Baywood.Look out your window everyday,and you will see exactly what I am talking about.Lets say you live in the "Safer,beautiful Hurley side"Look do you see the swarms of drug dealers standing on the beautiful grass'Prostitutes standing close to your door trying make that money!Fights breaking out everyday after school,kids throwing beer bottles and cigarettes right on the grass,bums urinating on your front door,this is the "Beautiful side"
OKAY,lET'S go to the " GhETTO Wittkop side"Open your eyes and prepare to be disgusted,but please don't forget to look down you might step on a crack needle.This is definately not the place for kids,yet you see about 50 of them running through the property destroying everything.Kids setting of car alarms,smashing frogs,breaking windows,throwing rocks in the pool.Did I happen to mention that the pool is rarely cleaned,and right now it looks like they could film a swamp movie right in the pool area.The whole back area smells like cat shi_!You can always see and hear orphaned cats at all hours of the day and night.If you like kittens,just look by the dumpster area everyday a different mama cat leaves her litter.Crack needles!We have those back here to.Prostitutes standing right where the kids play.Baby Mama's chasing baby daddies with knives,we got that to.Oh yeah,if your looking for security,well you might find them sitting in their cars harrasing the good tenants and drinking 40's with the tenants who bring this property way downhill.It's your choice,live here for the renovation,but like I've said a million times.They can change the name,but this will always be the ghetto.I'm leaving soon!!!Wait there"s more Roaches,thats all I have to say.Roaches!!!!If you have a maintenance emergency,sorry your out of luck,you will have to wait they are renovating the property for the new suckers that want to live here,no time for us long time residents!!Oh Ps.Security when your done drinking,harrasing 14 yr old girls for their numbers,you might want to check one of the abandoned mold infested units,a homeless man and his dog may be there.

100% correct.Please believe that after you live here for awhile management will not even pay you no attention,maitanence requests will be ignored.If your a second late on rent,they will however harass you.

i have seen some of the stuff mentioned above, but not since everyone has moved out. i need to say that i was interested in one of their new renovation apts and they actually are making people pass criminal checks now. before it was like anyone could get in, but it is much different now. there is a lot of work to be done, but they are putting a lot of work into this place. i hope to see it when its done. oh and one more thing, the staff know me by name. that's nice i think they i am not just an apt number or rent money, they say hi to me when they see me in the store and stuff. i like their improvements.

This place is being SUED because they don't know what the heck they are doing in that so called office, they are making people leave who DO pay their rent on time, and passing a criminal background check is a joke!! Somebody needs to do a criminal background check on those STUPID, INCOMPETANT office people-like Monique, the ghetto ----- or the old bat who rides her broom to work, when she's there, by the name of JESSICA!
