On more than one occasion I came home to find that the Bella Vita management staff had welcomed themselves into my home without prior warning. My roommate and I were forced to live without the ability to lock our doors for more than a week, in what is not a good area, because without warning the management decided to change the doors. On another occasion I came home to discover that my key no longer worked in what was a new lock on my front door... AGAIN WITHOUT NOTICE!!!...in order to get in and out of my own home I had to lock the door from the inside and clime out the back patio. One time I did this I was stopped by the security guards that patrol the property... I had to convince the gentleman that I did in fact live in the unit! All because of the managements unprofessional behavior. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. DO NOT MOVE INTO BELLA VITA!

we had the same problems you had-and then some! They are so busy TRYING to make this place look good that they don't care about the tenants at all! This place is a JOKE!
