seriously if you wanted to get what you pay for -- these apartments are not worth it...although the renovations and such are going in, these walls are way too thin and the fans in the bathroom are really loud...you can always hear your neighbors talking or someones fan turning on so you wont really be able to sleep.I can even hear my neighbor sliding her closet door in the mornings. Also, before you move into an apartment check it out and make sure there aren't any holes on the bottom of the walls or under the sink. That causes for more roaches.

I just feel like if you're going to pay $900 bucks find a place where they offer more features such as a patio - it's just something to think about.

couldn't agree with you more! This place is not worth the rent they charge you-it's still the same old Baywood, just under a different name!
