I lived at this complex for 6 years. First on Hurley Way, then they made us move to the Wittkop Way side so they could "renovate." We were in our apartment ofr only 3 weeks when some idiots break into our townhouse!!! Come to find out, that 5 other places had been broken into without being told by the management. They could have sent out flyers, at the very least, to let tenants know! The security was a joke-always harassing my neighbors wife to the point that they moved out. And the maintence! What a joke! All they do is walk by and look in the windows-guess they are looking for a cheap thrill. Anyway, they decide to move us, again. Tehn, after 6 years of NEVER being late with the rent, they have us apply for ANOTHER apt. and a week and a half later, they deny us!!!!!!!!!!!!! Living there was hell, thank god I have a house to live in now. Don't move here, they can change the name of this complec all they want to, but it will always be BAYWOOD, the arden ghetto!

to the above person who wrote the review, dated 8/12/2007-lived here 7 years and didn't hear of the break ins? Maby it was YOU breaking into our homes!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, WHY DON'T U PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME????????? sound like you need a life, loser!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for 7 years....got transferred 2 times due to the renovation. TRue this community used to be bad... A hell of alot of changes here since I have moved in. I don't understand you people.. I for one feels pretty safe here.. I have not heard of any break -in as you claim and maintenance is wonderful. Maybe you people need to pay your rent on time and get a life!

The title arden area ghetto is perfect! This place is a piece of crap-if you are going to spend this much money on rent there are alot of MUCH BETTER PLACES then this DUMP! Take my word for it, people-do not move here-it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
