Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I lived here for a few years and once they started the renovation it was a nightmare! We also got our townhome broken into, contrary to what the person in one review said. I guess they expect the "management" to let tell them EVERYTHING! We live right behind the Filco store and that townhouse, #75, is an easy target. The people who work in the office are the worst managers (if you can even call them that) I have ever encountered, none of them know their ass from a hole in the ground. Why do you think they have changed the name of theis place 3 different times' It is still Baywood, will always be Baywood, and changing the name will not make the CRIME go away! If you wnat to spend this much for rent, there are MUCH BETTER places than this one!
