Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Two comments:
1. not safe, even they said they have security patrol, crimes are quite often happen (rob, rape and broken in). The worse thing is that the management office never noticefy us what happen.
2. trick, those management representatives looks very nice, but you should be very careful because they always trick to let you pay more.

So you can move here if you are stronger and clever enough
