AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

My husband and I recently moved out of Bella Vita Apartments after only having lived there for 1 year. It was a huge hassle the entire time!! We were lured in with the $99 deposit and the free first month's rent but let me tell you, in the long run it wasn't worth it! To top it off, right before our lease was about to expire we got a note saying we had 1 week to renew our lease so that our rent would only go up $70 per month. If we waited longer than the week our rent would go up to $1,200 a month! So from $935 to $1,200. Rediculous! No wonder everyone moved out about the same time we did! Here is a list of some of the other problems we had:
1. Our dryer broke 3 times and each time it took over a month to have it fixed/replaced.
2. The ladies working in the office were so dumb!!!! Ugh, I get mad just thinking about it. Total air-heads! Useless
3. Parking was insane! Non-existant to be exact. Each unit gets one covered spot. So that means if there is more than one person with a car you have to rely on luck in getting a parking spot. It was terrible! There isn't even any street parking available outside!
4. I personally had to call 911 3 times in the year that I stayed there because of fights going on outside. Security was no where to be found, of course.
I would NEVER EVER recommend Bella Vita apartments to anyone!
