Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
The first week I moved in there were cockroaches all over. After terminix came and sprayed, the cockroaches were back 2 weeks later. I had to move all my stuff out of the cupboards AGAIN. The washer broke 5 times and my bathroom consistently reaked of urine even when we deep cleaned.
The office staff are all idiots, especially the manager Fred. He does not know what he is doing and has a fake kindness. THEY LOST MY RENT CHECK AND CHARGED ME A LATE FEE WHEN I GAVE THEM ANOTHER ONE! TO TOP THAT ALL OFF, THEY ALSO LATER FOUND THAT CHECK AND TRIED TO CASH IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH! GOOD THING I CANCELLED THE CHECK, BUT SINCE I DID, THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER FEE.
I moved out 2 weeks ago and am still having trouble to finish my lease break. It was loud, there is dog feces everywhere. Also we have had rapes, car/apartment break in's and a drive by shooting. Please do not move here. It is not worth 1,000 bucks a month.
