We have only lived here for a month or two and we are already thinking about moving. I have never broken a lease and it is sad to think that I am about to. The first day we moved in the apartment was not cleaned, and it was even more evident when we discovered mold in one of the kitchen cabinets. I have so far refused to return the move-in check list due to the fact that the apartment maintenance work orders we have made STILL have not been completed. The first day of move in I called the office and spoke to Fred the manager to resolve this issue, he seemed genuinely concerned, however I have quickly learned that he is not. We have had to call the office so many times I have lost count. And the blame is always put somewhere else. We moved in with 1/2 the master bedroom electrical outlets not functioning, an exposed water heater and a 2 inch gap under our dishwasher in which my cat found it's way under and got stuck in wires.

Recently we had an incident in which a third party electrician entered our home without permission or even a written work order to prove I had mad a call. What if he was a con-artist trying to steal everything blind' They would have let him in too. The only way I knew someone was in my home was the fact that our queen sized mattress and wood frame was moved out from the wall. I feel as if the managment have no interest in doing a good job but instead only in making the quota for the month.

I made the mistake of not listening to the complaints. I was wrong, don't make my mistake.
