SO my bf and my son and I moved in there with a year lease. (man that was a bad idea) BOTH sides of our neighbors was the worst, on out left literally there was a mother and a father who would yell so loud at their kids (i felt so bad for the kids), but then again the kids would yell right back!! on our right hand side ghetto people always having parties, loud ass music AND did i mention our son at the time was one, i dont even know how many times the loud music or the slamming of the door woke our son up! ok all that wasn't even the worst, why we even moved out. SO the loud ass family moves out (thank god) and for some reason like a couple weeks later I tell my bf that our carpet is like constantly wet, neither my son or I spilled anything. SO meanwhile our new couch is getting wet and we notice in our downstairs batherroom our wall is getting mold onto it. We call the office. They come down the next day and tell us there was a major leak nextdoor (where the ppl moved out) i guess the leak was coming through our carpet and our bathroom wall, which obviously water when not cleaned = MOLD! Maitnance guy "cleans" our carpet TELLS us they will fix the mold problem. They never come back to fix the mold, my bf and i are like wtf. We call the office again complaining about the mold probolems they tell us they will send someone over right now and fix it. My bf not thinking says ok. (no1 is home and i just had my bday and i had money on the counter) i race home because i want to be there to move my money, come home 50$ was missing. I knew for a fact I didnt move it nor my bf and my son couldn't even reach it. AND on top of it they just whipped away the mold and sprayed OUR f-breeze that was in the bathroom. (that is not even how you get rid of mold and we were pissed) I called so furious about my money about the mold, by this time we just wanted to leave to a new place. Mold with a one year old, i dont think so. So Anyways we talk to the dumb ass office people, that girl with the fake ass smile iw anted to kill, and FRED omg what an idiot. we wanted out of our lease and we did not want to pay anything because of it. We demanded to speak with freds boss, and when we told him the whole story, sure enough we got out. There was hella more bull ---- that went on, but i think you get the jist. Office people are retarded and PLEASE always be there when maitnance comes in for anything.
