Horrible Rat Hole

This complex is crawling with illegal immigrants from Mexico, they dump trash outside the dumpsters, let their kids run amuck through the complex and play their music really loud. Three cars were stolen from this complex in 2004. Im stuck here because I can't afford more rent. Very seedy people coming in and out all hours of the day and night.

I agree...I too am a resident of Bellview Park Apartments now known as "Parkview Apartments"...I have been a resident here for two years and is looking to move...Since I been here there has been a total of 6 managers that has come and go...They never know what they are doing...The grounds are nasty and filthy...Just recently there was an altercations and blood was everywhere...It was never cleaned after several complaints...There is no maintenance man on duty when needed...Parking is horrible...There is abosolutely "NO" visitor parking...So that means everyone parks in any open stall they find...Roaches are everywhere...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
