My mother has been a long time (over 12 years at least) outstanding tenant of this complex and in the past several years, the place has gone downhill. My mom calls me crying all the time because her neighbors are so disrespectful and the management won't do anything to help her! The security company is equally as bad. The tenants that live around my mom are filthy--they have outdoor living rooms on their balconies and leave garbage and debris on the walkways and parking lot. My mom has even seen them urinate outside! Are we living in another country''' The management does nothing to keep the noise level down (people fighting in the parking lot and my mom's neighbor's stereos at all times of the day). The management does not seem to care about this or how the apartment complex looks to visitors. My mom has been an outstanding, respectful tenant and for her to be ignored and treated this way is horrible. Her neighbors have even threatened her and the management doesn't even seem to care. We are trying to find another community for her to live in and I will tell you, nothing could be worse than here. If you are smart, don't move here unless you want to feel like you are living in a 3rd world country!!.
