I've been here 7 months and do not intend to renew my lease. It takes a minimum of two work orders to get maintenance to fix major problems. I was without heat for two days before anyone could come fix it. There have been gunshots fired within several yards of my apartment - I have small children and fear for their safety. There always seems to be garbage all over the place and people dumpster diving on a daily basis. The managers have always been courteous and friendly, and my immediate neighbors are very quiet.
