Recently I was ripped off for my security deposit. I am fighting it & we will be going to court. Watch your account charges as well as the credit's that are supposed to be there. Rent checks are posted late and a late fees of $50 will be charged. Over all the staff have very nice personalities but do not let it fool you they are really out for the money & do not give a crud about you. Take pictures when you move in as well as when you move out in order to get your deposit back otherwise forget it oh! & get every thing in wrighting. I reccommend getting a ledger print out every month simply because there is no internal auditing and if an error is made on their behalf it is almost impossible to get it reversed..
