Remedy for arson fires was to put garage doors on parking spaces, & security gates & several rent raises. My rent has gone up $200 in the last 3 years. Maintenance sucks. Maintenance guy is retired and works only a couple half days a week. What he fixes, he does half-assed. And discounts requests, as does the manager. When the manager receives complaints about noise, he asks us to put things in writing so that he can evict the offending party. BUT, does nothing to quiet things down in the meantime. He has lied to me, and threatened to evict me for normal, every-day noise. I am going to report the bastard to Fair Housing. There are many more complaints, but suffice it to say that this is a horrid place to live.
