GREAT Place!!! From: eg10ah Date posted: 6/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is the first apartment I have ever lived in. It is a great apartment complex with very friendly management. Mostly older/very friendly tenants - quiet community. The complex has a huge pool, spa, and great exercise facility. Very safe place with excellent security in place (cameras, etc.) Rent is reasonable - very spacious 2 bed/2 bath for $1200-1300/month. Love, love, love the balcony that extends from the living room to both bedrooms. Very clean. Absolutely gorgeous. When my parents came to visit, they were blown away by the apartment's features. Highly recommended.
