I have moved quite a bit over the years. I have found very few apartents that have been quite so nice. I felt welcome & safe from the start. The management is very responsive and respectful. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. The apartment is very clean. It has been well maintained and updated with fixtures. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a safe, clean, well-maintained apartment with gated parking. It is also located in one of heart of one of the best areas of Sacramento. This is truley in East Sac. not like some others claim to be.
