I've had nite mare after nite mare. First I had Roaches, They are finally gone. But I would make sure Pest Control was here and I empytied out my kitchen cabinets. Then finally after all the yelling. My toilet was fix and they found a bath stopper inside. Following week I had water dripping from my bathroom fan. Okay, On March 29,th I went out for some pizza. Come back and my Philips TV is found sitting in water. Water on the carpet, it came from my vent.(this is the living room) It took a week and I had a tent inside my place. A 6'pipe was taken out all rotten out and crack. When does Renter's Insurance give me. 200 dollars. I paid at least 400 dollars. Shoot, to repair a TV cost more than that.(at least 600 or 700 dollars)just to buy a new TV cost 600 dollars and up.Appearantly, my TV was to old. Like I said; three years old and I was not planning to ditch it.I did ask the front office could compasante me for my damaged property. Staff replied: we did attend to you after it happened. I said yes, after my stuff was damaged. A couple of weeks ago, I had another incident. The upstairs tennant broke her washing machine, I guess she over loaded it, and I got it again. I tell my mom, I can only do so much. I try to put up with a lot of things. Too much stress, hassle, upsetting to me and affecting me mentally, physically and socially. I haven't had a moments peice, I haven't been able to enjoy my apartment, relax! I need to just think about myself,my health, and be able to smile where I'm at. This is not the place for it. I have this saying which applies to me, Don't waste your time nor mind!!
I plan to finish my lease and I'm out of here!

I think what everyone should know is the apartment you get. Yes, my aparment was in bad shape when I moved in. However, I've learned to deal with Roaches and other problems. When my lease is up then I would like to get a one bedroom Deluxe. If you care about where you live, then its up to the tennant to live a clean life. If a tennant doesn't care and has a filty home and full of clutter it only attracts every kind of species and creepy crawlers. However, if you don't tell the staff of your problems then how will they know your problems. I've learned and I still like it here. If you don't like a place just move out, I have to admit the first landlord was a jip with rude remarks. The new staff members are friendly and very understanding towards others.Always remember the appearance of a tennants place is who the tennants are.
