I didn't really have any major problems with this complex except the fact that the pool and spa I would even put my foot in and in the summer time, talk about nasty. I lived there a while back, so it may be fixed up by then. The security isn't that great at least when I was there. My boyfriends truck bed liner was stolen the first night we were there. How do you steal something like that without making a noise' I think the neighborhood is by the ghetto and no one cares enough to call in to security, plus I had ghetto neighbors before that would blast music so loud I could hear it driving up and moving furniture out of their apartment at 2 in the morning right next to my bedroom window. All in all, the management and complex are nice, but the complex is just located in a bad area.

I'm am very sorry that you did not have a pleasent stay here at Cambridge Park. You will be happy to know that we have since changed pool service companies and have switch to Palodine Courtesy Patroll. All residents are on a three strikes policy, 1st complaint a letter is sent 2nd complaint and there will be a meeting with the resident in violation and 3rd complaint and you will be asked to give notice. I understand we all have to live together but we all need to be respectfull of each other. Please feel free to stop by and see how the property is on the up and up. Thank you, Cambridge Park Staff
