I've lived at Cambridge Park for several years now. I've watched several management groups come through and have only had major complaints with one group.

The crime level unfortunately is increasing due to the degrading of the area. I've had a peeping tom and my car broken into once, but both happened within a month of each other over two years ago. There is now security on the grounds every night. With the extinction of the local grocery store, getting groceries has become a bit of a pain. Going to a convenience store is a hassle of dealing with people begging for money.

The new card laundry system is fairly lame, as you can't recharge your card unless the office is open and if you only need to purchase a single dry, you have to put $5 on the card.

Otherwise, though, I've had a fairly decent experience with Cambridge Park. Their pricing is fair and the apartments are well kept with a responsive maintenance crew.
