I am the current Leasing Agent at Cambridge Park. I always take the time to listen to my residents. We have an open door policy here at Cambridge Park and are available 7 days a week. If there is anything I can do to make shure you have a pleasent stay here at Cambridge Park please just ask.

You are just mad because you never took the time to read your lease. A big mistake on your part not the community.

So im guessing that the other people who posted bad comments about this "community" didnt read the lease either. By the way I did read my lease Otherwise I wouldn't have signed it. The reason Im mad is because I had to wait 5 months before anything was fixed in my apt. (wasnt a good job either) You guys blamed everything that was wrong in that apt on me even though it was there before I moved. I asked for things to get fixed and you guys would say I never asked. YOU guys charge outrageous move-out cost for little things. YOUR MONEY HUNGRY! Im not just going sit here and let stupid ignorant little girls call me a ----- and treat me bad. Thats why none of them have stayed long its because you guys arent professional and you could care less about your residents.

Just so everyone knows. This leasing agent was fired. The Manager had her doing things illegally and blamed her for it all. It's the whole JMK property. So I would steer clear of them in general.

wow i hope things aren't like this anymore at Cambridge park i am planning on moving in sometime fairly soon. This has me a bit worried.
