These apartments do not meet a compatible lifestyle for anyone. The management is very rude, unprofessional, and untruthful. The laundry rooms are not updated, they have broken washers and dryers that have not been repaired for about 10 months. There are drugs everywhere, and rules are not enforced. There is a noise problem around here too; but, like i said before, management could care less. I had to call security and management many times about problems that i had been facing and they never did anything about it. I had to take actions myself.

Maintenence takes forever to do things and often blames the resident for a problem even if it is not. There is no mail drop box so you have to go out of your way to drop outgoing mail.

I would only recommend these apartments as a last resort or if you are poor. Don't let the appearance of the area, management, and apartments fool you. You'll be sorry.

If you are poor, there are a lot of apartments in nicer areas (ie: Antelope and Citrus Heights) that offer low income rent. But, if you come here, you get what you pay for.

I am moving out next month and it will be the happiest day of my life!!
