I lived here for 7 years (May 2001 to May 2008). When I first moved in it wasn't too bad. The place was kept up and you could talk to the management and they weren't rude. Now it's completely different they don't care about their residents at all. I moved because of all Meg and Kelly's (regional Manager) lies.

The move out cost were what I had expected so no shock there but someone likes to miss things and doesn't check their work before they send it so it ends up being null and void if you fight for it.

My son was 2 when I moved in and at the beginning it was a fairly safe place for him to play and hang out. In the last 2 years she managed to let in 3 sex offenders. I know you have to let them move in to a point but there are ways around that when your running a family environment.

The only one I liked was the Maintenance Manager (Heath). He was always professional around me and very polite. I think his knowledge on fixing things isn't very good but he does try and if he can't do it he will find someone who can or hire out. Their were other ones who were nice but they moved to a different property. I think he's still there though.

If you can find a different place to live then do it. It may sound good when you get there and the apartments are a nice size but there is a lot of negativity and can be a very unhappy place to live.

I have to say you know what good apartments are comens 3050 bell street Those apartments are great because they have a manger on site who is there during the day but she keeps to her self, but she is really friendly and nice. and she has the complex clean and the units are nice there like townhomes the have a up stairs and a down stairs the bath room is up stairs and two bedrooms then theres the living room and clean kitchen.Housing is the best noone to bother you nice quite place to live,plus it has a laundry room on site and theres a huge parking lot for people with cars.
