The three ladies who try to run these apartments are horrible at it! They lie and argue to defend themselves, for what' They know that they can get away with everything and think that they will get their way with stuff. Wait until corporate hears about their rude mouths and lying ways. I feel bad for who ever will stay at this apartments hopefully they don't cheat you out on anything. I saying everyone should watch where their money really goes and watch out what you tell them. They turn around and back stab you since you never would see it coming.

I agree. I lived there for 7 years. When they put in the new manager the quality of staff went down. Before for her people were at least nice and respectful. She is by far the worst and so is her boss. She likes to throw fluff your way and make you feel like something is going to be resovled but it never happens. So like her I say "STAY AWAY".

I totally agree!!! Don't move here. We've been here for few years and although the price is right for two staving students... sometimes I wonder if it's all worth it. Nothing gets done here. Stolen cars sit out front- they don't call & get them towed off for months. People break through the fence and it looks awful. The dead end that sits out front doesn't seem to be their property or the county's- since no one will fix that either. The management is a team of young ladies who think their "you know what" doesn't sick. They're defensive and rude and belittling, although they have no education. They don't seem to know the law since they seem to be running "move-out" scams and charging people for basic wear and tear. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!! They will take advantage of you- believe that.
